Hi, I’m Heather Ziegler, and I help people navigate one of life’s biggest transitions, buying or selling a home, with clarity, care, and as little stress as possible.

Before real estate, my career began in civil engineering, where I quite literally helped build the communities we live in, working on roads, infrastructure, businesses, and developments that support everyday life. That background shaped how I approach real estate today, with precision, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding that homes don’t exist in isolation; they’re part of a larger community system. In many ways, I’ve helped build this community both behind the scenes as an engineer and now face-to-face as a real estate agent.

Real estate is rarely just about property. It’s about timing, emotions, change, and trust. My role is to be your steady guide, someone who explains the process clearly, keeps things organized, and advocates for you every step of the way. Whether you’re upsizing, downsizing, relocating, or navigating a life shift, I focus on making the experience feel supported, thoughtful, and manageable.

I don’t just work in Howard County; I live here, volunteer here, and truly know it. I share my home with my two fun-loving and kind-of-crazy Weimaraners, and when I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me out enjoying everything this area has to offer: walking local trails, hitting the gym, supporting local restaurants and businesses, and staying actively connected to the community I love through volunteering. That lifestyle connection allows me to offer insight that goes beyond listings and numbers; it helps me match people with places that fit how they actually live.
